Solar Kid NZ is a specialist solar and energy solutions provider led by Chris Klassen, a SEANZ accredited, mains parallel generation endorsed electrician with over 25 years in the electrical and photovoltaic industries.

With extensive experience across residential, commercial and agricultural solar, Solar Kid NZ has played a key role in delivering multiple megawatts of PV capacity successfully connected to the New Zealand national grid.
Beyond grid connected solar, Solar Kid NZ is recognised as a specialist in off grid, hybrid and backup power solutions. We design and deploy resilient systems for rural properties, lifestyle blocks, farms and businesses needing reliable power during outages.
